RETURN POLICY

A Y S A  offers all customers a 14 day return policy - Which commences from the day your order is delivered, any returns made outside of this 14 day period will not be accepted. 

*Please Note* All return items (including shoe boxes & packaging) Must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition.

If you wish to return an item: 

  1. Please email info@aysashoes.com with your full name, order number and reason for return and your preferred exchange item ( You will receive a return confirmation email within 24hrs ) 
  2. Place item *including all original packaging* in an Aus Post Standard or Express Satchel & address to; 60 Peninsula Drive, Bilambil Heights, 2486, NSW, Australia. 
  3. Once sent, please email your tracking number to info@aysashoes.com 

Items must be returned in original condition, unmarked, including an undamaged shoe box (this is deemed to be part of your item). When first receiving your order, all shoes MUST be tried on a carpeted surface until the customer is certain that she/he will keep this item. 

Any pair of shoes that are returned with marked upper or lower soles, upper creases, damaged shoe box / no shoe box - will be rejected & sent back to the customer. 

A Y S A is very happy to provide a free exchange service with all returns - we will happily cover the shipping cost of your new exchange item to be sent back to you via Express Shipping.
